Didi World Plans to Delist From New York Inventory Change

Didi World Inc. plans to delist from the U.S. and pursue a list in Hong Kong, a transfer its board helps, the Chinese language ride-hailing group stated Thursday, as authorities in Beijing wrap up a cybersecurity probe into the corporate.

The announcement follows months of turbulence for Didi, which listed on the New York Inventory Change on June 30 after elevating about $4.4 billion from an preliminary public providing.
