Singaporean jazz pianist and Cultural Medallion recipient Jeremy Monteiro’s collaborations with native Western classical teams have been too few and much in between. This has largely been to do with the paucity of repertoire that efficiently merges classical varieties with the artwork of jazz improvisation.
