OPEC, Russia Conform to Maintain Boosting Oil Output, Jolting Costs

OPEC and a bunch of Russia-led oil producers agreed to proceed pumping extra crude, sticking to their long-term plan regardless of new worries over demand raised by the Omicron coronavirus variant.
