MANILA, Philippines—Yuka Saso climbed to the No.8 spot of the Rolex World Rankings a few days after capturing the 76th US Women’s Open in San Diego, California.

The 19-year-old bumped off Korea’s Kim Hyo-Joo, who dropped to ninth after finishing 57th in the LPGA Mediheal Championship.

Saso’s jump in rankings was her second one in a span of a week after she moved from 40th to ninth when she won her first major.

The top 10 remained relatively unchanged, apart from Susa and Kim, with Korea’s Ko Jin-Young retaining her no.1 spot with compatriots Park In-Bee and Kim Sei-Young following at second and third, respectively.

American Nelly Korda is at fourth with Canada’s Brooke M. Henderson at fifth.

Daniella Kang and Lexi Thompson, both from the United States, are at sixth and seventh, respectively.

Japan’s Hataoka Nasa is at no.10.
