‘It was like combating a conflict’: OCBC group CEO on coping with current phishing scams

SINGAPORE – In early December, workers at OCBC Financial institution began getting calls from frantic clients saying they gave the impression to be victims of a phishing rip-off.

As staff from Singapore’s second-largest financial institution labored to unravel this, increasingly more instances began popping up.
