Nike Sues Lululemon for Patent Infringement Over Mirror Health Know-how

Nike Inc. filed a lawsuit alleging Lululemon Athletica Inc.’s Mirror home-fitness gadget and purposes infringe on the sneaker firm’s portfolio of patents.

Nike says the Mirror House Fitness center and apps use expertise that the sneaker large invented and patented, together with a tool that prompts customers to train, screens their coronary heart charge and collects information on their exercise, amongst different capabilities, in keeping with the lawsuit, filed within the Southern District of New York.
