DENVER — A person and girl have entered responsible pleas in reference to a lethal taking pictures throughout a housebreaking in Denver’s Montclair neighborhood, in response to a launch from the Denver District Lawyer’s Workplace.
Mark Outman, 64, was shot and killed throughout a house housebreaking within the 900 block of Monaco Avenue on Dec. 28, 2020. A girl associated to him was additionally shot and critically injured, however she survived.

Tameka Dudley, 45, and Joshua Hamm, 39, pleaded responsible in Denver District Court docket Friday to second-degree homicide and to the sentence-enhancing cost of getting dedicated against the law of violence, a launch from the DA’s workplace stated. They each initially confronted first-degree homicide and tried first-degree homicide prices, along with theft prices.
The discharge stated Dudley was sentenced to 48 years in jail.
Dudley had two different prison instances that have been dismissed as a part of the plea settlement, the DA’s workplace stated. She pleaded responsible to second diploma housebreaking in a 3rd case, in response to the discharge, which got here with a 12-year jail sentence that can run concurrently with the 48-year sentence.
Hamm shall be sentenced on Jan. 14, in response to the discharge.
A 3rd suspect, 47-year-old Larry Hamm, was shot and killed by Denver Law enforcement officials on the day of the housebreaking and taking pictures, the discharge stated. District Lawyer Beth McCann later concluded that the taking pictures was justified.
