TAOS, NEW MEXICO (REUTERS) – A number of the individuals who dealt with weapons on the set of Western film Rust, that includes Alec Baldwin, might face legal fees after the deadly capturing of a cinematographer through the filming, a New Mexico district legal professional stated on Friday (Dec 3).
“Everybody concerned within the dealing with and use of firearms on the set had an obligation to behave in a fashion such that the security of others was protected,” New Mexico First Judicial District Lawyer Mary Carmack-Altwies stated in an announcement.
“Sure people could also be criminally culpable for his/her actions and/or inactions on the set of Rust,” she stated, including that she had but to decide on fees.
