Bitcoin Worth Tumbles After Wall Avenue Selloff

Bitcoin and different cryptocurrencies fell sharply Saturday, one other signal that traders had been pulling again from riskier bets after this week’s stock-market selloff.

Bitcoin, the most important cryptocurrency by market worth, was down 18% at $46,571.84 at about 7 a.m. ET, in line with information from CoinDesk. It briefly reached $42,000 earlier than bouncing again. Ether, the second-largest cryptocurrency, was down near 16%.
