American Specific International Enterprise Journey is merging with a blank-check firm backed by Apollo International Administration Inc. to go public with a roughly $5.3 billion valuation, the businesses mentioned.

A travel-booking companies supplier for company prospects, AmEx International Enterprise Journey is 50% owned by American Specific Co. It’s combining with the special-purpose acquisition firm Apollo Strategic Progress Capital . The Wall Road Journal beforehand reported the 2 sides have been nearing a deal.
