Spotify Removes Some Comedians’ Work From Streaming Service

Spotify Know-how SA has eliminated the work of a whole bunch of comedians, together with John Mulaney, Jim Gaffigan and Kevin Hart, amid a brand new battle over royalty funds.

Tiffany Haddish, Mike Birbiglia and a number of different standard acts have joined a gaggle of entertainers attempting to receives a commission a royalty on a copyright for jokes they wrote when they’re performed on radio and digital service suppliers like Spotify, SiriusXM, Pandora and YouTube.
