Nike sues Lululemon for patent infringement over Mirror dwelling health club – Nationwide

Nike Inc. has launched a lawsuit towards Lululemon Athletica Inc. accusing the athletic attire maker of patent infringement with its new Mirror dwelling health club.

The American health big claims Vancouver-based Lululemon’s digital machine for streaming exercise lessons and its accompanying cellular functions violate Nike’s “sturdy portfolio of patents” defending a long time of digital sport improvements.
