SINGAPORE – A firm that had until recently owned the Singapore-based Park Hotel Group, a hospitality company with nearly 30 hotels and resorts across Asia, has been wound up for failing to pay $5.228 million in debt, including rent owed by Grand Park Orchard.
The High Court on Friday morning granted an application by New Park Property, an investment holding company, to wind up Park Hotel Management.
