President Joe Biden has welcomed a brand new addition to the household, a pet named Commander.

Biden shared a photograph Monday on his official Twitter account with a caption that mentioned, “Welcome to the White Home, Commander” in addition to a short video of him tossing a ball to Commander and strolling the leashed canine into the White Home.

The pet seems to be a German shepherd, the breed of Biden’s different two canine, and was a present to him from his household, in keeping with CNN, which first reported on the pet’s arrival after it was seen scampering across the White Home South Garden on Monday.
