Proceeds from the twelfth annual live performance will profit Make-A-Want Colorado and the Colorado Skilled Firefighters Basis.
LITTLETON, Colo. — The Needs and Heroes Profit Live performance is again.
9NEWS Mornings anchor Corey Rose began the live performance fundraiser in 2011 to honor the reminiscence of her father, Gary, who handed away from work-related leukemia. Gary was a PJ within the Air Pressure and a firefighter in Los Angeles for 32 years.
Over time, Needs and Heroes has been a part of granting dozens of needs and has helped many firefighters and relations when tragedy strikes.
Up to now, Needs and Heroes has raised greater than $250,000, with half going to Make a Want Colorado to grant needs for youths preventing leukemia or lymphoma, and half going to the Colorado Skilled Firefighters Basis.
The 2022 Needs and Heroes Profit Live performance can be held at 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13 at Breckenridge Brewery in Littleton.
The general public is invited to come back to the brewery to get pleasure from music, meals, drinks, dancing and three dwell bands: Chris Dismuke, 9’s A Pair, and Phat Daddy.
