Mr Tan Ken Loon, founding father of the wildly profitable The Bare Finn restaurant, selected Portsdown Street in Wessex, part of one-north analysis and growth hub, for his second eating idea referred to as Magic Sq. partly as a result of it introduced again fond childhood reminiscences.

“I really like Wessex,” says the 46-year-old, who’s married with one son.
