As a part of the criminal-fraud trial of former Theranos Inc. Chief Govt Elizabeth Holmes, her legal professionals submitted as displays handwritten notes she says she wrote about her each day schedule, plus directions about the way to conduct herself as head of the blood-testing startup she based.
Ms. Holmes stated from the witness stand final month that the notes have been written between 2005 and 2009. She instructed jurors that they present how she would “prepare to enter the workplace with a few of the key tenets” for a way she can be or what she would concentrate on.
