Football: New Sailors coach Kim Do-hoon wants to leave a mark on S’pore football, Football News & Top Stories

SINGAPORE – Fresh from leading Ulsan Hyundai to the Asian Champions League title and finishing runners-up in the K-League and Korean FA Cup last year, South Korean coach Kim Do-hoon was a man in demand.

But the 50-year-old turned down lucrative offers from clubs in the Chinese Super League and Japan’s top tier J-League to ink a deal with Singapore Premier League (SPL) side Lion City Sailors.
