Firefighters are going door-to-door to inform close by residents about evacuations.
LARIMER COUNTY, Colo. — Some houses in northern Larimer County are being evacuated resulting from a grass fireplace Sunday afternoon, the Poudre Hearth Authority mentioned.
The hearth is burning close to the intersection of West County Street 78 and North County Street 17. That is about six miles west of Interstate 25 and 13 miles south of the Wyoming border.
A Poudre Hearth spokesperson mentioned some houses are being evacuated as a result of fireplace. The residents of these houses are being notified on a person foundation, the spokesperson mentioned.
Firefighters are engaged on construction safety. No accidents have been reported.
The Poudre Hearth Authority, Wellington Hearth Safety District, Larimer County Sheriff’s Workplace and Larimer County wildland firefighters are responding to the hearth.
There isn’t any phrase but on the scale of the hearth, or how briskly it is rising.
