HAILEYBURY, Ont. — One other sexual assault case involving Hedley frontman Jacob Hoggard is about to return to courtroom at the moment in northeastern Ontario.
Hoggard was charged in March with sexual assault inflicting bodily hurt in an incident alleged to have taken place on June 25, 2016, in Kirkland Lake, Ont.
The courtroom look comes because the singer is on bail awaiting sentencing for the sexual assault of an Ottawa lady.
Hoggard was discovered responsible in June of sexual assault inflicting bodily hurt in an incident that came about in a Toronto lodge room within the fall of 2016.
A sentencing listening to for that case is about for early October.
Hoggard was discovered not responsible of the identical offence in opposition to a teenage fan.
