SINGAPORE – Fruit and vegetables past their use-by date might not be the obvious means of sprucing up the house, but a local firm has found a way to turn such mushy waste into products such as soap and dishwashing liquid that are safe for babies and children.
The process, developed by JRW International’s brand Green Kulture, is also a nifty way of reducing the amount of food being dumped.
