McKinsey Partner Charged With Securities Fraud Over Goldman Sachs Deal

Federal prosecutors in New York charged a former McKinsey & Co. partner with securities fraud for allegedly trading insider information related to Goldman Sachs Group Inc.’s acquisition of specialty lender GreenSky Inc.

The U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan on Wednesday charged Puneet Dikshit, who is 40-years-old, with two counts of securities fraud. He faces up to 20 years in prison on each count. The Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday also filed a civil complaint.
