Microsoft Shareholders Drive Firm to Disclose Sexual Harassment Knowledge

An investor proposal to Microsoft Corp. demanding better disclosure on its dealing with of sexual harassment on the firm was authorized on the annual shareholders’ assembly on Tuesday.

The proposal requested an annual report that summarized the variety of sexual harassment circumstances investigated and their decision, in addition to outcomes of any impartial investigation into Microsoft’s executives, together with co-founder Invoice Gates.
