Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard Deal Poses Sustainability Problem

Microsoft Corp. may have its work lower out getting Activision Blizzard Inc.’s sustainability applications as much as its personal requirements if its deliberate $75 billion acquisition of the videogame maker goes forward.

Microsoft has developed environmental, social and governance insurance policies over a few years, together with quite a few environmental and workplace-diversity disclosures, and plans to compensate for all its historic greenhouse-gas emissions. Activision lags far behind, disclosing a lot much less ESG data and having far fewer insurance policies in place.
