Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard Deal to Energy Its Netflix-of-Gaming Aspirations

Microsoft Corp.’s acquisition of Activision Blizzard Inc. is aimed toward shaking up the sport business by constructing out the software program big’s library of blockbuster videogames and bolstering its efforts to entice customers onto its cloud-gaming service.

The deliberate $75 billion deal can be Microsoft’s greatest ever and its most formidable funding but in its plan to show its Recreation Cross subscription service into the Netflix of gaming.
