WASHINGTON— Victims of Larry Nassar, the previous physician for the U.S. girls’s gymnastics staff, reached a $380 million settlement on Monday with the USA Gymnastics governing physique, U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee and their insurers after a five-year authorized battle.
