WASHINGTON — The long-running PBS Youngsters’ present “Arthur” will wrap up its historic 25-year run with a glimpse into the longer term for its beloved characters. 

PBS Youngsters introduced this week the ultimate 4 new episodes will premiere on Monday, Feb. 21. The episodes will wrap up a six-day marathon that includes greater than 250 “Arthur” episodes and film specials airing on the PBS Youngsters channel, dwell stream and YouTube channel, from Feb. 16 to Feb. 21.

“Within the new episodes, Arthur and his pals resolve a thriller, see a silent film, discover out what it’s prefer to be a reporter, learn to assist a grieving pal, go on a household trip, and get a touch of their futures from a mysterious fortune-telling sport,” PBS Youngsters revealed in a press launch.  

“Arthur,” the longest-running youngsters animated sequence in historical past, has adopted the lifetime of aardvark Arthur Learn since 1996, and has earned a fame for exhibiting characters from completely different backgrounds, to create a various world for youngsters to expertise.

In July 2021, screenwriter Kathy Waugh revealed manufacturing on the present really wrapped up two years in the past.
