From all indications, it looks like it with be a three-cornered fight when the P750,000 ICTSI Eagle Ridge Ladies Classic tees off on Wednesday with Princess Superal shooting for a second straight win and Chanelle Avaricio and Harmie Constantino out to spoil her party.

Superal will be coming in fresh from a one-shot triumph at Sherwood Hills last week where she held off Avaricio with a birdie on the 53rd hole.

Constantino, meanwhile, after ending the second day tied for the lead with Superal, slowed down in the final round with a level 72 as both she and Avaricio will be shooting to do better this week. Constantino also knows how to win after winning her pro debut, incidentally against Superal, at Eagle Ridge March last year.

“I have a goal this week but I don’t want to expect too much,” said Superal, easily the most dominant lady pro playing in the country with Yuka Saso, Bianca Pagdanganan and Dottie Ardina all campaigning overseas.

She is using the tournament here to fine tune her game for the Japan Step Up Tour, though as she tries to earn full membership on the Japan LPGA where Saso has been a force.
