Yellen Defends Spending Plans Amid Rising Angst Over Larger Inflation

Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen on Wednesday defended the Biden administration’s spending plans this 12 months from Republicans’ criticism that fiscal coverage had overstimulated the economic system and fueled greater inflation.
